A Call Up
Bet you didn't know that many of the more common IT problems can now be fixed using your broadband connection? By simply calling up your computer, we can take over the functions of the machine and bish, bash, bosh - it's sorted! Call us now on 0845 357 0208 to book a date and time that suits.
Investigate and Renew is £35.00 for the first half an hour* - this covers issues such as troubleshooting, identification and removal of viruses/Spyware, system or software updates.

A Call In
With IT and AV, it is often the case that things are not as simple as they look. That's when you call us on 0845 357 0208 to choose a date and time that is convenient. We'll arrive, when agreed, and will only move on to the next IT/AV distress call, once you are totally connected, in the picture and clued up. A Call In costs from £50.00 for the first half an hour*. We will do our best to identify and resolve the problem in this time, however, if our technical genius is (unusually) unable to complete the job, they will advise you there and then about what additional labour and parts may be necessary. You can then decide how to proceed, meaning no surprises or hidden costs. |
